Key objectives of establishing the GTL Scholarship:

• Strengthening cooperation between the Company and the country’s universities;
• Providing additional material and social support to students;
• Increasing students’ motivation to gain in-depth knowledge of oil and gas disciplines studied at university;
• Creating a positive image of the Company among young people and attracting promising graduates as future potential employees

Principles

• The GTL Scholarship is established annually for one academic year to Scholarship Holders. Scholarships are approved by the decision of the Commission, comprising the Company's Management and responsible specialists.
• The Company carries out quarterly monitoring of academic performance of the Scholarship Holders throughout the academic year, to determine whether Holders remain eligible for the GTL Scholarships.
• Scholarship Holders are included in the Company's talent pool.
• Scholarship Holders will be provided with practical assistance in completing industrial or pre-graduate internship in the Company.
• The number of competition winners is limited. Each year, the Competition Committee chooses 12 students.
