During 2023, 79 3rd year students from various educational institutions visited Uzbekistan GTL Plant to take part in the internships.

Uzbekistan GTL Plant held competitive examinations for students to improve their interest in studies and ambition to become mature specialists in their professions.

20 talented students who successfully passed these exams were hired as production workers of Uzbekistan GTL Plant under a temporary employment contract, with a monthly salary. The trainees were provided with the same conditions as the Plant’s workers, and they were given special clothing and protective equipment. In addition, they were provided with three hot meals a day, accommodation and transportation around the plant. They were also given the opportunity to improve their experience by learning from with leading plant specialists.

It should be noted that this area of personnel training is critical for students to realize how respectable the work is, the high level of responsibility that comes with working in the oil and gas business, and the value of hard effort and education in becoming a mature specialist in this field.

The management of the Plant wished these students good luck and success in their future activities.

It should be noted that in 2022, 18 3rd year students were recruited for the paid internship on a competitive basis.
