In accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-1014 dd. December 18, 2024, "On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the adoption of the main directions of tax and budget policy for 2025," increased tax rates on the excisable goods will be introduced starting from April 1, 2025.

Accordingly, from April 1, 2025, Uzbekistan GTL LLC will offer the following products on the trading platform of Uzbek Commodity Exchange JSC at the updated starting prices:

• Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)

Delivery terms: EXW (Shurtan GCC)

Starting price: 6,941,413.71 UZS/ton (including VAT).

• Synthetic Naphtha

Delivery terms: EXW (GTL Chinaz Terminal)

Starting price: 6,561,667.39 UZS/ton (including VAT).
