The start-up of Uzbekistan GTL Plant, one of the largest projects in Central Asia, created opportunities to replenish the talent pool with promising young professionals. 

The Human Resources Management Department consolidates much of its efforts around attracting young specialists to the Company. In particular, the Plant established cooperation with foreign universities operating in our Republic, and actively participates in many exhibitions. For example, Uzbekistan GTL took part in a job fair held at Webster University on March 24, 2023.

Interviews were conducted with students of this university studying Economics, Business Management, Media Communications, Advertising and Marketing Communications, Accounting, and answers were given to students' questions.
