Training, advanced training, internship and retraining of personnel

 

Organization of internships abroad and in Uzbekistan

 

In order to study challenging issues and improve knowledge in the field of similar units’ control, the Company's specialists have completed internships abroad in South Korea, Qatar, and Russia. Internships have also been organized at the local plants, and over 500 Company personnel have been trained at the primary plants.

 

Organization of discipline training in the domestic training centers

 

Every year, various training centers in Uzbekistan conduct training (basic and advanced) for employees in the administrative and technical divisions. Over 200 personnel have been trained between 2018-2021.

Training of personnel for the future needs of the plant

Welcoming presentation and selection of students

The Company's specialists hold a welcoming presentation for students of the country's leading technical universities. Following the presentation, students are selected based on results of exams.

Training and internship distribution of students

The successful students are selected based on interview results. The training program includes theoretical training and involves the Company's specialists. Upon completion of the training the studets shoul pass the examination.

Monitoring of advancement and offering employment in the Company

A joint commission comprised of the Company's specialists is set up on a quarterly basis to monitor the students’ advancement, and based on the results, to issue conclusions on their permanent employment at UzGTL.
